On the 4th November 2019, Asigest Broker S.P.A. merged with Alpha Broker S.P.A. by incorporation, which was founded in Biella in 1992 and successfully operates internationally, distinguishing itself from similar companies on the market.
Commercial agreements with major national and international companies allow us to offer a wide range of products, facilitating the provision of a timely and in-depth consultancy service.
We accompany clients in the analysis and treatment of risk by identifying with them the most appropriate coverage for their needs, together with providing support in the delicate phase of managing any claim, up to final settlement.
Our goal above all else is to take care of the client's interests, but never in conflict with the fiduciary mandate of the various companies with which we operate collaborative relationships and corporate compliance, in full adherence to the rules of professional ethics established by the AIBA trade association.
Even during the Covid-19 emergency period, we guaranteed customer service in complete safety for our staff, alternating periods of smart-working and flexibility in schedules.
The management is committed to the operation and maintenance of an ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System that considers internal / external contexts, the needs of the interested parties and the current epidemiological emergency period.
Therefore, our approach must be pragmatic, focused, rigorous and simple; team work aimed at defining and managing the best possible insurance strategy.
